Brief

I was asked to design a spread and two single pages for a 20 page printed risograph publication using only the content from one of today’s newspapers. I was to experiment and put the content together freely in order to tell new stories and create associations.

Thought Process and Outcome

Glancing through the newspaper it became very clear that we mainly learn about bad news. I wanted to raise awareness for that and the modern humans daily challenges and worries. The spread that I created deals with bad news, problems and issues we get confronted with every day. These daily struggles and thoughts are in our mind and we have to solve the riddles that come along with them.
The two single pages tell the story of women in today's society and how they sometimes still have to fight to get heard.
